Langmeil Winery
Langmeil is a blend of Barossa’s cultural beginnings and a family’s modern day commitment to world-class, old vine winemaking. They are committed to providing premium Barossa Valley wines of the highest quality.
At Langmeil, they provide far more than just a simple wine tasting.
Be introduced to great Barossa Valley and Eden Valley Wines as well as how they came about, be immersed in their history and experience the beauty of Langmeil's Cellar Door.
Firmly planted at the heart of the historic winery site, the 'Freedom Vines' are a one-acre patch of gnarly and proud, dry-grown vines and are believed to be the world’s oldest surviving shiraz vineyard planted in 1843.
Langmeil is a family winery in the true sense of the word. As many loyal and regular visitors will attest, you'll feel you’re a part of the family in their Cellar Door. Whether greeted by Jonathan, Bec, Carolyn, Lynne, Jodi, or Tracy, the quality of the wine will be enhanced by the genuine friendliness of those pouring it for you.
