Groovy Grapes Barossa Valley Day Tour

Experience some of Australia’s best wines on a leisurely day in the Barossa Valley with Groovy Grape tours.

This full day tour starts around 7:30am in the morning and first takes you through the famous Adelaide Hills and stops at the world largest Rocking horse. At this stop you have the opportunity to hand feed Kangaroos and Wallabies in the park. Then the group will stop in Williamstown at the Whispering wall before heading to the Barossa Valley. The wine tastings start at the Jacob’s Creek Visitor Centre before heading to the small, family owned winery, Kies. Their wines aren’t sold to any retailers, the cellar door is the only place where you can taste their wines! The bus will then take you to Saltram’s for wine tasting followed by lunch, gourmet pizzas with salads and chips are on the menu. The afternoon starts with wine tasting at Wolf Blass, the most awarded winery in the region before heading to Lambert Estate, a winery famous for their delicious Belgian chocolate infused port. The last stop is Menglers Hill, the open-air sculpture park for panoramic views of the Barossa Valley. They then drive back to Adelaide for drop offs around 5:30pm.
